As a Field Sales & Marketing Executive in Jakarta Barat, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth in West Java and Sumatra. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that our products and services meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in West Java and Sumatra.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and marketing plans to senior management.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products and services.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction and infrastructure development industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
