📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and optimize end-to-end business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Develop and implement process improvements, including automation and standardization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
• Proficiency in business process management tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or a related field is a plus.
