📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product changes,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create product literature,Provide technical support to customers through documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
