📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Connect, ensuring alignment with Stripe's goals and customer needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and scalable payment experience.
  • Define and prioritize product features, ensuring they meet business and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Measure and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor junior product managers and contribute to the growth of the product team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payments and product management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments or a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of the payments industry, including payment processors, gateways, and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and support junior product managers.
  • Passion for building and scaling products that empower businesses and customers.
