📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Ensure that our technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure that our technical documentation is comprehensive and accurate.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure that it meets our quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Mentor and train junior technical writers and other team members.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical documentation processes and tools.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong background in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
