Depot Vera Medical Center is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashiering operations including cash handling, credit/debit card transactions, and electronic payment systems.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.,Monitor cash balances and reconcile discrepancies.,Train and supervise junior cashiers.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a medical or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local regulations.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
