📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients.,Maintain and update financial records and reports.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in training and supervising junior cashiers and bank tellers.,Comply with all banking regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or banking roles.,Strong knowledge of banking procedures and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using banking software and cash handling equipment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with customer service best practices.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
