📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage the hospital's grants and innovation portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of grant writers and project managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.,Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, both locally and internationally, to support hospital initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of grants and innovation projects, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with various departments to integrate grant-funded projects into the hospital's operations and services.,Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in grants management and innovation, applying this knowledge to enhance our processes.,Represent the hospital at national and international conferences and events related to healthcare grants and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in grants management, fundraising, or a similar role in the healthcare or non-profit sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing grants and innovation initiatives.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedures related to grants and funding.,Knowledge of grant writing and proposal development processes.
