MERIDIAN Jaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's growth. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure proper staffing levels.,Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
