📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet's overall strategy.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
