📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.,Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and safety.,Develop and implement training programs for staff.,Manage and motivate a team of supervisors and employees.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
