📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Lead HR training and development programs.,Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics.,Certification in HR management is a plus.
