Hub Store Indonesia is looking for a talented and passionate Lead Barista to join our team in Kebumen, Jawa Tengah. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for leading our team of baristas, ensuring high-quality coffee service, and maintaining our store's reputation for excellence. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of baristas, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean all coffee equipment and supplies.,Manage inventory and ordering of coffee beans and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor new baristas to ensure they meet our high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Coffee certification is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 lbs.
