🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in IT tools and software, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, VMware, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
