📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments from point of origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and suppliers to ensure compliance with import regulations and customs procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of import transactions and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Provide support to the import operations manager in the development and implementation of import strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in international trade and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in import operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
