📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 Hub Operations staff.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including vendors, delivery partners, and Shopee's logistics team.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems using SAP or similar software.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize last-mile delivery routes using GPS tracking systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a focus on warehouse management.
• Proven experience in managing teams and mentoring staff.
