As the Head Trademarks Lawyer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute trademark protection measures. You will handle complex legal matters, conduct thorough research, and provide expert advice on trademark law and related regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the trademark portfolio, ensuring all applications, registrations, and renewals are processed efficiently and in compliance with local and international laws.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of trademark applications in various jurisdictions, including the United States, Europe, and Asia.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess the strength of trademarks and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Provide strategic advice on trademark strategies, including portfolio management, enforcement, and licensing.
• Represent Private Advertiser in legal proceedings, negotiations, and disputes related to trademarks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure trademark compliance across all business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in trademark law and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior legal professionals in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in trademark law, with a strong background in intellectual property law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and protecting a significant trademark portfolio.
• Excellent knowledge of trademark laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Europe, and Asia.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional certification in trademark law or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
