📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and plans using SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) software.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and assessments to prevent potential breakdowns.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to manage maintenance contracts and service agreements.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
• Proven experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) software.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
