📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries through proper ingredient selection and preparation.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines.,Assist in the development and implementation of new pastry recipes.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
