As a Deputy Kitchen Crew, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional food service to our patients and visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and stock ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in meal planning and menu development.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.,Assist in training new kitchen staff and maintaining a positive work environment.,Contribute to the team's efforts in achieving operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
