📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the Store Manager in implementing store policies and procedures
- Manage and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Train and develop new staff members
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with POS systems such as Lightspeed or Square is a plus
- Ability to travel to different store locations as needed
