📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.,Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager.,Manage and supervise branch staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve branch objectives.,Conduct regular branch audits to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail or customer service.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
