📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.,Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our hotel's services and offerings.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales and marketing efforts of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
