In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales data, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring smooth operations in the vape and e-liquid industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration and a passion for the e-liquid market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain sales records and databases.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry.,Generate reports and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and programs.,Handle customer inquiries and maintain customer records.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets and quotas.,Assist in the organization and planning of sales events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the vape and e-liquid industry is a plus.,Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
