In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures.,Provide technical support to employees via email, phone, or chat.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.,Participate in system upgrades and migrations.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
