📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized outlet environment.,Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to senior management.,Train and develop the outlet staff to ensure they meet performance standards and company policies.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
