📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
