📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to retail outlets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of distribution officers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet distribution targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits of distribution operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.
  • Strong understanding of the distribution process and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using distribution management software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
