📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff, ensuring they meet daily targets and maintain high standards of accuracy.,Oversee the data entry process, from start to finish, to ensure all data is accurately and efficiently captured and processed.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.,Monitor and analyze data entry performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data entry and management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization.,Resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies that arise during the data entry process.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and data management roles.,Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of data entry staff.,Strong knowledge of data entry software and systems, such as Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data quality standards and best practices.
