📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing training and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-organized and displayed.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the outlet.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory and stock-take exercises.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the region for business purposes.
