📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demand and expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during the distribution process.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.
  • Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
