📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address any issues or concerns.
• Ensure that all construction materials and methods meet industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure timely completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Building Inspector or in a similar role.
• Certification as a Building Inspector or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Sulawesi Utara.
