📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain customer database.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer database management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
